Centilion, a fertilizer production company based in Henry, IL proudly announces the addition of Gary Denning to its board as a non-executive director. Centilion is a fully integrated manufacturer which produces a variety of granulated fertilizer products in its geographically advantaged facility in Illinois. The company serves the agricultural and industrial sectors across global markets.
Mr. Denning has twenty-five years of experience in the chemical and fertilizer industries as an executive, consultant, investment banker and Board member. Most recently, Mr. Denning served as VP of Corporate Development and M&A for Axiall Corporation, a multi-billion dollar revenue chemicals and building products business. As the head of the function, he played a vital role in several key corporate strategy and development efforts. Previously, he spent 17 years in investment banking at Chase Manhattan Bank, Bear Stearns and Houlihan Lokey covering the chemical and fertilizer industries. In his capacity as board member and advisor, Mr. Denning will focus on strategic direction, M&A and potential corporate partnerships to drive growth for the future.
